HTDC consists of a team of 8 qualified professionals such as Doctors, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Nutritionist, Fitness trainer, Life skills trainers and Spiritual healers.
 Management Team
 Namrata S Kandoi, is the founder and Managing Director of HTDC.
She is a Clinical Psychologist and Hypnotherapist.
She is also a Reiki Master.
She has extensive 8 yrs of experience in the field of training, having conducted over 700 Personality development workshops across the country for various Schools, Colleges, Corporate and NGOs.
 
She also does Therapy and Healing for extensive cancer cases Pre & Post operatively at BSES MG Hospital in close co - ordination with Dr. Ashok Mehta, Medical Director, BSES-MG (Global) Hospital
 
She is also a certified 'Basic course on Integrated Clinical Hypnosis Level - 1' And Level - 2 Basic Integrated Clinical Hypnosis Trainer from CHII.
 
She is also into Aura Photography and a Chakra healing
She is a NLP Master Practitioner, Tarot card reader and into Angel healing
   
 Mamta Kandoi, is Dietitian and Fitness Consultant and Director of HTDC.

 Abhilash Asadi, is Director of HTDC.
