Most likely you would opt for the pineapple because you just had a teaser-piece, that would make your mind require more. The fact of the matter is this: you get pleasure from your favourite fruits just as much as you enjoy your favourite junk foods, you simply believe otherwise.

Step 1 : Discover a cozy, tranquil space somewhere there are no distractions. Commence breathing deeply until you are extremely relaxed. After that, count backwards from 10-1, slowly. With each count, imagine that your mind is wandering deeper and deeper.
Step 2 : When you have finished counting, imagine that you are relaxing by yourself within your favourite spot. A sheltered beach or a log in the woods will do the trick. Visualize yourself feeling so exceptionally relaxed as well as peaceful.
Step 3 : After that, envisage a basket full up of your favourite fresh picked fruit sitting right next to you. See it clearly in your mind, the colour, the feeling, the whole thing about that fruit. Picture taking a bite of that succulent fruit as well as enjoying it like never before.
